How is Telco-op different to any other company?
Good question! Quite simply we identify the risks to your business and translate them into cost-effective solutions that take into account the impact of those risks on your business and the likelihood of them happening. We find this ‘common sense’ approach allows you to retain control of your own business decisions rather than becoming reliant on external consultants.
We also make use of the latest technology available, where appropriate, to add real business benefits. We do this by using our wealth of experience in the telecoms and other industries so that you don’t have to employ in-house experts.
In effect, we are your virtual business continuity department. We treat your business as if it was our own, which means that we will only recommend something that you really need and that we can justify either as a cost-reduction or as a means of increasing effectiveness.
Our business is based on our performance and therefore we don’t need to rely on lengthy contracts to retain your custom – if we don’t deliver on our promises then we believe that you should have the right to look elsewhere, which is why there is no minimum contract for any of our own products and services.
The way we do business is simple – we talk to you, we understand your current and future business requirements and then, and only then, do we offer you suggested ways of achieving your aims and objectives. We don’t offer you things that you don’t need or that don’t add value.
