Telco-op takes its duty of care under the Health & Safety Act (1978) extremely seriously and applies the principles of the Act in its daily activities. Both employees and visitors are made aware of there responsibilities under the Act and are provided with the appropriate training and equipment to perform their duties in a safe working environment.

The Policy also includes Telco-op’s responsibilities toward the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (CoSHH) (1989), the Noise at Work (1989), Manual Handling (1992), Display Screen Equipment (1992) and Personal Protection Equipment (1992).
